Hi, I’m Taylor Noel — the hands, heart, and sourdough starter behind Taylormade Bread Co.

What began as a creative outlet 4 years ago became a source of self love during the early months of motherhood. With a baby on my hip and flour on my hands, I found peace in the slow rhythm of sourdough — and purpose in sharing that goodness with others.

As a small-town baker in Downsville, Louisiana, I craft each loaf, bagel, cookie, and “cheese it” by hand in my home kitchen — often during nap time, always with heart. This little bakery has grown one order at a time, with the love and support of my family and this incredible community.
